Group contains photographs, clippings, wire photographs, wire articles, full newspapers, pre-print newspaper production material, cuts, pamphlets, press releases, publications, correspondence, reports, magazines, transcripts, political cartoons, legal documents, and notes documenting the AFRO's coverage of the public life of Richard Nixon. The bulk of material is from his time as Vice President, his campaigns, and his presidency, including the Watergate investigation and his impeachment and resignation. There is extensive production material from the paper covering his 1974 resignation. Dates range from the early 1950s through 1980.
